Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service or placing an order. These Terms determine your access and usage of our website, products, and services.

  • Country: Refers to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Device: Any electronic equipment capable of accessing the Service, including computers, smartphones, or tablets.
  • Service: Refers to the website and any services offered by Manafeth Mobility Solutions.
  • Terms and Conditions (Terms): This document outlines the legal agreement between you (the user) and Manafeth Mobility Solutions regarding your use of our website and services.
  • Third-party Social Media Service: Refers to any third-party platform or service such as Facebook or Instagram that links with our website.
  • Website: Refers to the official website www.manafethme.com.
  • You: Refers to the individual or legal entity accessing and using our service.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By accessing the products and using the services of Manafeth Mobility Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement defines the rights and responsibilities of the user (You) and the Company.

  • By using our service, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
  • You also confirm that you are above 18, as we do not permit children to use our services.

Additionally, You agree to our Privacy Policy by using our services, which control and collect your personal information. Please thoroughly review it.

Ordering & Payments

  • Placing Orders: You can place orders online or via phone. We provide home assessments free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Processing Orders: Orders are processed only after the payment method is selected and payment is cleared.
  • Validity of Quotes: Quotes provided by us are valid for 30 days. After that, a new quote may be required before placing an order.

Variations in Goods Ordered

We reserve the right to change or modify product specifications, as long as such changes do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Delivery & Installation

Standard Deliveries

  • Orders within the UAE will be scheduled by phone to find a suitable delivery date and time.
  • We use courier service for deliveries outside the UAE. It takes 5–7 working days.

Next-Day Deliveries

  • Next-day deliveries must be placed by 10 AM the day prior, and are conditional to availability. 

Facilitated Deliveries and Installations

  • For installations, we will agree on a mutually preferred date. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before to avoid rescheduling charges.

We are not accountable for delays caused by unforeseen situations such as weather, or technological problems.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery within the UAE is free unless stated otherwise.
  • For deliveries outside the UAE, a shipping fee will be added to your order.

Returns Policy

Personalized & Infection Control Items

  • Personalized Equipment: Products customized to your requirements cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Infection Control Items: Items related to hygiene and healthcare cannot be returned after purchase due to health regulations.

Standard Items

  • Standard products can be returned within 30 days if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A return fee will be calculated based on the product’s condition, distance from the location, and time of return.

Warranty

  • All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months. 
  • We offer in-home warranty services for breakdowns, but daily maintenance and accidental damage are not covered.
  • Before returning a product, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Liability Limitation

Manafeth Mobility Solutions will not claim more than the amount you paid for the product or service. We do not accept apologies for incidental, or indirect damages, including data loss or profits. 

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without guarantees. Whether we try to ensure the website and services are error-free and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.

Conflict Resolution

In case of issues, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue informally. Otherwise, conflicts will be settled under UAE law.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or neglect made by us at any time.
