Manafeth Mobility Solutions Returns and Refunds Policy

Manafeth Mobility Solutions is committed to making the lives of people with disabilities as easy as possible. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Manafeth Mobility Solutions. If you need to return an item, we have a simple process in place to make your return seamless.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your product. 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Proof of Purchase: The proof of purchase must be included with the return.
  • Report Issues Quickly: Any claims concerning shortages, damages, or other issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Return Window: Products can only be returned within 3 days from the delivery.

Please note that certain products, such as customized purchases, may not be eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Product:

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards
    • Custom-made products
    • Certain health and personal care items
    • Bathroom Aids
  • Downloadable software products

Custom Made Orders:

  • No Refunds: Tailor-made products are non-refundable.
  • Advance Payments: Any advance payments made for customized orders are non-refundable.
  • Uncollected Orders: If a personalized order is not collected within 7-10 days from the order date, the product will be returned to the supplier. And there will be no refund of any advance payment.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned after 3-day will be subject to approval.

To process a return, you will have to provide only proof of payment. Please note that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Return Process

You want your return should be handled quickly and efficiently, please follow a few steps to make it happen: 

  1. Request Return Authorization: Email us at info@manafethme.com or WhatsApp with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) for either a full or partial return.
  2. Receive RA Number: We will email you the RA number and provide detailed return instructions.
  3. Labeling Return Package: Write the RA number on the outside of the return package clearly for fast processing.
  4. Return the product: Either hand it over to our delivery person or drop it off at the location according to the instructions.
  5. Processing the Return: Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to two weeks for it to be fully checked before processing the refund.
  6. Refund: A refund will be issued only through bank transfer used for the purchase.

Collection of Returns

If you need us to collect a return then charges will be applied according to the product and distance. If the dismantling of the product is required, an engineer service fee will be added to the standard collection charges.

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty and still under warranty, we will repair it for you. You are responsible for sending the product to us. Please ensure that large items are properly safeguarded and boxed for safe transport.

Return Frees and Conditions:

  • Once a return is arranged, you will be responsible for any collection or delivery charges based on the type of product and distance.
  • Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned product in original, unused condition. If the item is used or the packaging is damaged, we may deduct fees of up to 50% of the original price for loss of value.
  • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15-30% of the total order, or the greater amount. The restocking fee will be excluded from the refund amount.

Rentals Terms & Conditions

Rental Use and Access Terms

  • Only the selected renter can use the rented equipment such as power chairs, mobility scooters, and other aids during the rental period.
  • Under 18 users must be directed by a parent or guardian and have their approval to use the equipment.
  • No security deposit is required for rentals however, a valid ID is essential for verification.

Early Return Policy

  • If you choose to return any product rented from manafethme.com before the end of your rental period, the rental fee will be recalculated based on the applicable rate for the actual duration of use.
  • For example, if you originally rented the wheelchair/medical bed/transfer chair at a monthly rate but returned it after one week, the weekly rental rate will apply, and any balance will be refunded.

Rental Time and Extensions

  • Rentals are available for daily, weekly, or monthly (30-day) terms.
  • The rental period begins on the day equipment is received or collected and ends upon return or pickup.
  • To extend the rental period, it is required to inform at least 24 hours earlier.

Review Process and Acceptance Terms

  • The user must check the item on delivery. If there is any issue with mobility aid, shall immediately notify Manafeth Mobility Solutions of any fault. Otherwise, the equipment will be considered accepted as it is.

Accountability for Loss, Damage, and Repair

  • The renter is responsible for the safety and care of the equipment. It will be the responsibility of renter if there is any damage, beyond normal wear and tear. 
  • If the mobility aid is returned damaged due to misuse, a minor repair fee of AED 500 may be charged. If repair isn’t possible, renter will have to pay replacement costs.
  • Repair costs due to misuse range from AED 100 to AED 1000. Manafeth Mobility Solutions reserves the right to seek legal recovery for missing or damaged products.

Responsibility and Protection

  • Manafeth Mobility Solutions is not responsible for any injury, incident, or indirect damages caused by using rental equipment.
  • The renter agrees to protect Manafeth from any costs or legal fees that may arise from using rental equipment.

User Accountability 

  • The renter verifies that they have been instructed on proper use of equipment and will take full responsibility for its use and care.
  • If user operates the equipment incorrectly, we may cancel liability coverage, specifically for rentals outside the UAE.

Maintenance and Return Condition

  • Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, with reasonable wear and tear.
  • Manafeth Mobility Solutions provides regular maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition. For assistance, we can provide a manufacturer’s user guide. 

Legal Disagreements

Any dispute about this contract, including whether it is valid will be resolved through a hearing. 

  • The number of hearings will be one.
  • The legal place of a hearing will be Dubai.
  • The language to be used will be Arabic or English.
