Return Policy
We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 3days return window, subject to a 10 – 20% restocking fee. Below are the steps and conditions for returning an item:
Return Timeline: You must initiate the return process within 3 days of the invoice date, and the product must arrive at the manufacturer within 3 days of when you received it.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, clean, and free of any damage. Items that arrive with damage may incur additional repair fees, and the restocking fee may increase to up to 30-50%. If the product frame is permanently damaged, the return may be rejected. In this case, you will be notified immediately, and it will be your responsibility to retrieve the item from the return warehouse within 10 days. After this period, rejected returns may be discarded due to health and safety protocols.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including the shipping box.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the manufacturer shipped the wrong product or the item was damaged upon arrival.
Restocking Fee: A 10-20% restocking fee will apply to all returns as per the manufacturer’s policy. Any extra delivery service fees, such as Next-Day or Overnight Shipping, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, or Tech Set-Up services, are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued after the product is inspected and all return conditions are met. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and verify the item.
Cancellations
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, the cancellation will be processed as a return, and the above return policy will apply, including restocking fees.
